2 reasons it’s hard to fix bad knee

Learn how to strengthen your knees in just 8 minutes a day with this research-proven way.

"It's hard to fix knee pain and weakness."

It seems like that statement is true… but it's not.

It only seems hard because most people are using the wrong approach.

I've been doing this for 23 years now, so there are a few things I can see that most other people can't or don't.

There are 2 big reasons why most attempts to fix knee pain and weakness fail:

(1) It's not about the knee.

  • Most of the time, when you feel pain in some area of your body, it's being caused by weakness or injury IN A DIFFERENT AREA OF YOUR BODY.

  • This definitely applies when it comes to knee pain and weakness.

  • The research tells us that most knee pain and weakness issues stem from weakness and/or injury in the muscles, joints, and ligaments that surround and support your knees.

  • And the research says that doing gentle exercises—even for just a few minutes a day—that target these surrounding and supporting muscles, joints, and ligaments can strengthen your knees, improve your balance and your confidence, and help get you back to doing the things you love in life!

(2) It's not easy enough.

  • Most people who start new exercise programs never end up doing them on a consistent basis for a variety of reasons, but largely because the exercise programs aren't easy enough to learn and do on a daily basis.

  • The inescapable fact is: an exercise/rehabilitation program may be the best one in the world, but if no one actually does it on a consistent basis… it's worthless.

If you know these 2 things, you're more than halfway to a solution.

I created an easy, 8-minute exercise routine that's based on the latest medical and scientific research about what actually works to help strengthen and protect knees.

And this routine was designed specifically for people between the ages of 45 and 85, and it is incredibly easy to learn and do, and it is extremely gentle.
