"It's hard to fix knee pain and weakness." It seems like that statement is true… but it's not. It only seems hard because most people are using the wrong approach. I've been doing this for 23 years now, so there are a few things I can see that most other people can't or don't. There are 2 big reasons why most attempts to fix knee pain and weakness fail: (1) It's not about the knee.
(2) It's not easy enough.
