If you're suffering from arthritis, I want to convince you to try to exercise again (or for the first time if you haven't tried it yet). Here's why - 4 reasons: (1) Scientific research and the most prestigious medical organizations in the world all agree that EXERCISE is highly-effective and may even be the best way to help people with arthritis to reduce their pain and stiffness and get back to a normal life. (2) Historically, exercise has ALMOST NEVER WORKED for people with arthritis, and then, because it didn't work for them, they wrote it off and concluded that it can't work for them, ever. (3) But, the real reason exercise doesn't work for most people with arthritis is they DID IT WRONG (and it's usually not their fault!) (4) MY PROMISE TO YOU: If you try to exercise again, and you do it the right way (which I'll show you), it ABSOLUTELY CAN work for you! It can provide LONG-TERM relief from your arthritis pain, stiffness and swelling, even if you're over 80 years old, and even if you have severe symptoms. Read this article if you have arthritis. It really can change your life. If you just try to exercise again and do it a different way this time, you can experience some very different results... I PROMISE YOU. At least read this article - you have nothing to lose, and SO MUCH to gain!
Best, Rick Kaselj, MS P.S. You can probably tell I'm pretty passionate about this. It's because I HATE seeing people suffering needlessly. |
