hate cardio?

Try this new "cardio" routine that's designed specifically for people who hate traditional cardio.

I say:

Don't do cardio.

At least not the "traditional" forms of cardio.

Why?

They're boring, monotonous, tiring, time-consuming.

BUT...

You DO NEED to properly stimulate your heart and cardiovascular system on a regular basis, or else you're putting yourself in danger, for real.

So, what should you do?

This.
