Ever heard the saying "work smarter, not harder"? It applies to exercise too. A lot of people believe you've got to do more exercise, and more intense exercise to get better results, or any results at all. Not true. It's been scientifically proven that some exercises are just more effective and efficient than others. And, if you do these exercises, you can spend LESS time exercising and get BETTER results! If it sounds crazy, I don't blame you, but you should at least check this out. I'm telling all my clients about it. And by the way, this is perfect for women and men who are between the ages of 45 and 75 because it's easy-to-do, gentle, low-impact, and easy on your joints.
