If you're over 45, I'd be surprised if you haven't made this mistake. This is the biggest mistake I see people over 45 make when they try to lose weight. Here it is: Trying to lose weight too fast. I think we all do this for two reasons:
Why is it a mistake to try to lose weight too fast? Because, in spite of the fact that we may lose some weight, or even a lot of weight fast, it never stays off in the long run. Here's the reality:
We don't need more hype. We don't need more unrealistic claims and promises for losing weight. We need something that sounds right. Something realistic. Something sustainable. Something that makes sense. If you're over 45, and you'd like to lose some weight and get healthier, read this.
