are you making this weight loss mistake?

Lose weight and get healthier without giving up any of your favorite foods!

If you're over 45, I'd be surprised if you haven't made this mistake.

This is the biggest mistake I see people over 45 make when they try to lose weight.

Here it is:

Trying to lose weight too fast.

I think we all do this for two reasons:

  1. Our brains are hardwired to find the fastest, easiest path to what we want (this is a big reason our species has survived for so long)
  2. Many companies and authors who sell weight loss solutions make unrealistic claims and promises, and after seeing enough of these, we start to believe they're possible (they're not)

Why is it a mistake to try to lose weight too fast?

Because, in spite of the fact that we may lose some weight, or even a lot of weight fast, it never stays off in the long run.

Here's the reality:

  1. We gained our weight gradually, and over time.
  2. The people who lose weight and keep it off, lose that weight gradually, and over time.

We don't need more hype.

We don't need more unrealistic claims and promises for losing weight.

We need something that sounds right.

Something realistic.

Something sustainable.

Something that makes sense.
