It's hard for older adults (45 - 85) to improve their balance and build strength.

Do you know why?

It's not because improving balance or building strength is hard.

It's not.

It's because most balance improvement and strength training exercise programs are incorrectly designed.

They don't take into consideration the common concerns older adults have about new exercise programs.

Here's what I mean:

Most older adults (ages 45 - 85) want an exercise routine that:

  • Actually improves their balance and builds their strength. In other words, it needs to be effective and get real results.
  • Is easy to learn and easy to do (so they'll actually do it on a consistent basis)
  • Is gentle and safe (so they don't have to worry about getting injured)
  • Is specifically designed for people between the ages of 45 and 85, and
  • Only takes a few minutes a day

Here's the thing:

If a balance improvement and strength training exercise program DOESN'T have all of those attributes, then IT BECOMES A LOT LESS LIKELY THAT OLDER ADULTS WILL ACTUALLY DO IT ON A CONSISTENT BASIS…

...and that means they won't improve their balance or increase their strength.

But, if an exercise program DID address all of those concerns, then older adults WOULD actually do it on a consistent basis, and WOULD actually get the results they want!

But, creating an exercise program with all of those attributes is KIND OF A TALL ORDER for most health professionals, physical therapists, and even doctors.

This is why exercise programs like that are HARD TO FIND.

But, with the right experience, expertise, and a little help from a big pile of scientific studies and medical research papers, you can create such a balance improvement and strength training exercise program.

And, that's exactly what I did.

Please take a moment and check this out.

If you need to improve your balance and build your strength, and you want to retain your independence, and feel confident and capable, and strong again… please read this short article. I think it can really help you. And, you're going to love how easy, gentle, and fast this program is.

At least head over and read about it a little bit—I promise it will be worth your time.

Sincerely,

Rick Kaselj, MS
