But fortunately, there's a way to overcome the harm caused by sitting... That, interestingly enough, can be done from your chair... And no, it's not some extreme workout or anything that requires a gym membership or expensive equipment, or anything like that. No, you can easily avoid the harmful effects of sitting in just 10 minutes a day when you do this.
