Important update about the Instagram service on IFTTT

Due to updates Instagram is making to its API, there are a few upcoming changes to the Instagram service on IFTTT:

  • The New photo by you in area trigger will be removed. The New photo/video by you and New photo/video by you with specific hashtag triggers will not be affected.)
  • You will need to reauthenticate the Instagram service on IFTTT. You will receive Instagram is offline emails and/or push notifications with further details.
  • Instagram will be removed as an IFTTT profile provider.
